Customer service was just excellent. I got their early . The young lady was very nice about the situation. she got me a room on the first floor and handicap accessible for my needs. She told me that they have wifi service and gave me the code, let me know when breakfast started and checkout time. so friendly and helpful. I really enjoy my stay with them. every one was kind and helpful.....
I like the fridge and stove
Not enough pillows tv channels were not functional properly wifi kept cutting out
Will never stay again everything no breakfast
Nothing at all I'm really not a big complainer
It's like a nightmare in a bad movie
It was a good value for the the money. Was able to cook on a stove or microwave. And had a fridge. And the shower was nice.
The staff was not friendly at all. Did not smile once.
I like that we had a refrigerator and half stove and microwave
I didnt like the hotel was hot inside lobby the elevator was dirty I didn't like they didnt have dishes or glasses staff gave me two coffee cups to drink out of nothing to eat with or cook with I went to get food there where people outside at front door with wheelchair and a radio with a speaker small size like they were chilling at a club very distasteful they were right in front of lobby doors very loud and staff was aware like it was normal
The receiver assistance was the best.... She is Amazing
Bed was pretty comfortable.
There was nothing in the kitchen. Website claimed fully stocked kitchen. There was nothing, did not even have drinking glass.
Staff was very polite and helpful.
I reserved a non smoking room and had to stay in smoking. With Asthma myself and my child it wasn't a pleasant room or nights sleep. Also, my card was billed before I checked in and it wasn't supposed to be billed.
The staff were professional and polite. The rooms were excellent but, the iron was nasty. We had to put a towel over our clothing to iron. Staff should have cleaned the iron after the previous tenants.
Said it all above.
The kingsize rooms are spacious. They're clean and comfortable.
We go there weekly. There were a few small problems. No fourth pillow on the kingsize bed, three times we reserved a king room well in advance only be told that there were only queen rooms available. One time there was no cable so we were there all night without any TV. These are a few of the issues that we've had. Nothing really major. The night without any TV was pretty stressful. We've been there at least six weeks in a row. We're giving them a break this week. LOL!!!
Good value for a one night stay. The room was clean and air conditioning was great. Good location to the place we were going. Friendly staff and very accommodating on check-in.
The carpeting and the chairs in the front lobby and hallway could have been a little cleaner. A little paint on the walls will give it a first class look. There was a weird odor in the room, can't explain it.
The tv worked. That was about all we liked.
No toilet paper upon arrival and have to pay extra for another roll. Heroin addicts roaming halls at night and witnessed drug deals happening. Sketchy looking people playing loud music out your window at night. Most people live there. They put us in a smoking room. The key kept not working. No upgraded bedding and one flat pillow each. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. No shampoo. The last person left food behind. The air kept shutting on and off all night. Was afraid to leave our rental car outside. I never leave bad reviews and deal with a lot, but I will never be back to this hotel and really, the town of Hazelwood at all.
Good location Nice flat screen tv
Room didn't look thoroughly cleaned. Parking lot was dirty. Front desk staff was rude & unhelpful of nearby restaurants. Bathroom toilet and shower curtain was dirty. Beds were too small (twin beds) Front entrance, hallway and hotel room carpets were dirty
There was a problem at check in even though we had booked weeks in advance because one of our party had to accept a smoking room even though we had specified non smoking / and the room was smelly.
